Apartment prices

Important information

• All prices are daily prices per apartment in Euro including VAT, regardless of occupancy.
• Including weekly cleaning for long-term rent and daily cleaning for short-term rent.
• Cleaning includes changing bed linen and towels
• A booking becomes binding only with a written confirmation on our part.
• Arrival: from 15 to 21 o’clock
• On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 11:00 a.m. (otherwise half the daily price will be charged additionally).
• The accommodation costs can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by EC/credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
• The current General Terms and Conditions of the Boardinghouse apply.

Prices are subject to change without notice. With the appearance of this price list all previous tariffs lose their validity.
